How can I be sure that your course is approved by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and by the clerks of the circuit court?
Court-ordered courses are not directly regulated by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and are approved on a court-by-court basis. Our course has been accepted into the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for the purposes of researching effectiveness. As the state of Florida does not directly regulate 8-hour courses, we encourage students to secure acceptance of this online 8-hour course by the court with jurisdiction over their case prior to beginning the course.
