FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be able to use Web
TV to complete the course?
Yes.
Is there an exam?
When you choose to take the exam, you will be asked 40 questions
that are drawn randomly from the material presented in the ten
units of study. In order to pass the exam, you must receive a
score of at least 80%, which means that you can miss no more than
eight questions. You will be given several opportunities to take
the final exam.
What do I need to register?
You will need your Court Order/Case Number to register. If you
don't have it, contact the clerk of the court in the county where
you recieved your order.
How can I be sure that
your course is approved by the Florida Department of Highway Safety
and Motor Vehicles and by the clerks of the circuit court?
Court-ordered courses are not directly regulated by the Florida
Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and are approved
on a court-by-court basis. Our course has been accepted into the
Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for the
purposes of researching effectiveness. As the state of Florida
does not directly regulate 8-hour courses, we encourage students
to secure acceptance of this online 8-hour course by the court
with jurisdiction over their case prior to beginning the course.
